4. Address and Re-shipping

• Production Time: This usually takes 3-5 business days for clothing and accessories, and 4-7 business days for home sets. This can vary a bit depending on how busy we are.
• Shipping Time: Once it's printed, shipping within Australia typically takes 5-9 business days. For international orders, it can be anywhere from 12-21 business days depending on where you are in the world. You'll get a tracking number once your order ships so you can keep an eye on it!

3. Where do you ship from?

Our products are printed and shipped from various warehouses globally, often from Australia, but sometimes from the US, Southest Asia, China or Europe... depending on the product and where you're located. This helps us get your goodies to you as efficiently as possible!

4. Do you ship internationally?

You betcha! We ship worldwide. Just select your country at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that might apply.

5. Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?

Because everything is printed on demand just for you, we get cracking on your order pretty quickly! This means we can't always guarantee changes or cancellations. 6. What materials are your products made from?

We use high-quality materials for all our products to ensure they're comfy, durable, and look schmick! You'll find specific material details on each product page, but generally, our tees are scuba (95% polyester + 5% spandex, super soft) or 100% cotton (100% pure cotton, natural fiber, environmentally friendly material, perfect for eco-conscious shoppers) and our home sets might be a blend of cotton and polyester or 100% high quality polyester.

We've got a detailed size guide on each clothing product page. We recommend 6measuring one of your favourite garments and comparing it to our guide to get the perfect fit. Our sizes are pretty standard Aussie sizing, but it's always best to check!
