4. Address and Re-shipping

Incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may result in re-shipping charges of A$14.99. Re-shipping can take 40-45 days.

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email within 14 days of placing your order. It may take 2-5 days for the number to be active.

6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We only offer single-destination shipping. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

7. PO Box and Military Addresses

Packages sent to PO Boxes are delivered via USPS only. We are not responsible for lost packages at PO Boxes. We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

8. Customs and VAT

We do not collect taxes for international shipping. All customs duties and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient. For details, contact your local customs office. Good question! Since all our gear is custom-printed especially for you, there's a bit of lead time.

• Production Time: This usually takes 3-5 business days for clothing and accessories, and 4-7 business days for home sets. This can vary a bit depending on how busy we are.
• Shipping Time: Once it's printed, shipping within Australia typically takes 5-9 business days. For international orders, it can be anywhere from 12-21 business days depending on where you are in the world. You'll get a tracking number once your order ships so you can keep an eye on it!

3. Where do you ship from?

Our products are printed and shipped from various warehouses globally, often from Australia, but sometimes from the US, Southest Asia, China or Europe... depending on the product and where you're located. This helps us get your goodies to you as efficiently as possible!

4. Do you ship internationally?

You betcha! We ship worldwide. Just select your country at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that might apply.

5. Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?

Because everything is printed on demand just for you, we get cracking on your order pretty quickly! This means we can't always guarantee changes or cancellations. 6. What materials are your products made from?

We use high-quality materials for all our products to ensure they're comfy, durable, and look schmick! You'll find specific material details on each product page, but generally, our tees are scuba (95% polyester + 5% spandex, super soft) or 100% cotton (100% pure cotton, natural fiber, environmentally friendly material, perfect for eco-conscious shoppers) and our home sets might be a blend of cotton and polyester or 100% high quality polyester.

7. How do I find the right size?

We've got a detailed size guide on each clothing product page. We recommend 6measuring one of your favourite garments and comparing it to our guide to get the perfect fit. Our sizes are pretty standard Aussie sizing, but it's always best to check!

8. How should I care for my new gear?

To keep your items looking their best, we recommend:

• Clothing: Cold machine wash with similar colours, inside out. Don't bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results. Do not iron directly on the print.

Good question! The weight of our rugs varies quite a bit depending on their size:

Made of 100% high quality polyester, super soft and excellent hand feeling. You can enjoy superior comfort when you step on it each time. Feature: Non-slip backing and simply shake or vacuum to clean.

This rug is versatile and complements a variety of interior styles, making it suitable for many rooms. However, it is best suited for home offices, parlors, and bedrooms.

19. How do I return?
