Alle Produkte werden auf Anfrage gedruckt und können individuell angepasst werden. Nach der Bearbeitung Ihrer Bestellung dauert die Produktion je nach Produkttyp in der Regel 5 bis 14 Werktage:

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Lieferzeit nicht die Bestellbearbeitungszeit beinhaltet!

b. Für andere Standorte:

• Kostenloser Versand : 0 AUD für Bestellungen über 60 AUD (3–4 Wochen).
• Standardversand : 12,99 AUD (15–21 Tage).
• Schneller Versand + Versicherung : 19,99 A$ (10–14 Tage) – Beinhaltet Versicherung gegen Verlust, Beschädigung oder Diebstahl.

4. Adresse und erneuter Versand

Bei falschen Adressen oder fehlgeschlagenen Zustellversuchen können erneute Versandkosten in Höhe von 14,99 AUD anfallen. Die erneute Zustellung kann 40–45 Tage dauern.

5. Sendungsverfolgung

Sie erhalten innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Ihrer Bestellung eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer per E-Mail. Es kann 2-5 Tage dauern, bis die Nummer aktiviert wird. Wenn Sie Ihre Sendungsverfolgungsnummer nicht erhalten oder sie länger als eine Woche keine Bewegung anzeigt, wenden Sie sich bitte an unser Kundensupportteam unter help@aussiedreamtime.com .

6. Versand an mehrere Adressen

Wir bieten nur den Versand an ein Ziel an. Für mehrere Ziele geben Sie bitte separate Bestellungen auf.

7. Postfächer und Militäradressen

An Postfächer gesendete Pakete werden nur über USPS zugestellt. Wir sind nicht verantwortlich für verlorene Pakete an Postfächern. Derzeit versenden wir nicht an APO-, FPO- oder DPO-Adressen.

8. Zoll und Mehrwertsteuer

1. Do you have free shipping promo?

There will be free shipping promotions available during major shopping seasons. It's a good idea to keep an eye out on our website and social media channels for free shipping codes and vouchers around those times.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Good question! Since all our gear is custom-printed especially for you, there's a bit of lead time.

• Production Time: This usually takes 3-5 business days for clothing and accessories, and 4-7 business days for home sets. This can vary a bit depending on how busy we are.
• Shipping Time: Once it's printed, shipping within Australia typically takes 5-9 business days. For international orders, it can be anywhere from 12-21 business days depending on where you are in the world. You'll get a tracking number once your order ships so you can keep an eye on it!

3. Where do you ship from?

Our products are printed and shipped from various warehouses globally, often from Australia, but sometimes from the US, Southest Asia, China or Europe... depending on the product and where you're located. This helps us get your goodies to you as efficiently as possible!

4. Do you ship internationally?

You betcha! We ship worldwide. Just select your country at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that might apply.

5. Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?

Because everything is printed on demand just for you, we get cracking on your order pretty quickly! This means we can't always guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to make a change, hit us up at help@aussiedreamtime.store as soon as possible after placing your order, and we'll do our best to help you out.

6. What materials are your products made from?

We use high-quality materials for all our products to ensure they're comfy, durable, and look schmick! You'll find specific material details on each product page, but generally, our tees are scuba (95% polyester + 5% spandex, super soft) or 100% cotton (100% pure cotton, natural fiber, environmentally friendly material, perfect for eco-conscious shoppers) and our home sets might be a blend of cotton and polyester or 100% high quality polyester.

7. How do I find the right size?

We've got a detailed size guide on each clothing product page. We recommend 6measuring one of your favourite garments and comparing it to our guide to get the perfect fit. Our sizes are pretty standard Aussie sizing, but it's always best to check!

8. How should I care for my new gear?

To keep your items looking their best, we recommend:

• Clothing: Cold machine wash with similar colours, inside out. Don't bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results. Do not iron directly on the print.
• Home Sets: Follow the care instructions on the product label, as they can vary depending on the item.
• Accessories: Care instructions will be noted on the product page.

9. What's your return policy?

We want you to be stoked with your purchase!

• Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We'll sort out a replacement or refund for you, no dramas.
• Change of Mind: Unfortunately, because our products are custom-printed just for you, we generally don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size choices. So please double-check the size guides before ordering!

10. How do I initiate a return for a damaged item?

Good question! The weight of our rugs varies quite a bit depending on their size:

• Size S: 90x150cm - 0.75kg

Made of 100% high quality polyester, super soft and excellent hand feeling. You can enjoy superior comfort when you step on it each time. Feature: Non-slip backing and simply shake or vacuum to clean.

18. Which rooms is your rug best suited for?

This rug is versatile and complements a variety of interior styles, making it suitable for many rooms. However, it is best suited for home offices, parlors, and bedrooms.

19. How do I return?

To initiate a return, please visit RETURNS CENTER or contact our customer service at help@aussiedreamtime.store to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

20. Are personalized items returnable?

No. Personalized or customized items, as well as items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.

21. How much is the restocking fee?

A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking returned items.

22. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.

23. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We advise using a tracked shipping method or adding shipping insurance for items valued over A$150.

24. I don't have Paypal. Can I checkout without paypal account?
